In an ongoing effort to provide the highest level of network and IP services to our customers, our technicians will hold a network maintenance window tonight – Tuesday, August 26th, between 11:59pm and 1:00am, EDT.
Our technicians will be updating the code on our 10G distribution routers in the datacenter that your services are in. The entire process should take no longer than 20 minutes to complete.
IMPACT – During the update, you will lose connectivity to your server while the new code loads. We will work as quickly as we can to restore normal service.
Your server itself will not be affected this impacts the routers between your server and the internet.
